2022 Virtual Program Review Hispaniola Initiative (Dominican Republic and Haiti) (PDF)
The ninth annual Carter Center (TCC) Hispaniola Initiative Program Review meeting convened virtually March 14, 2023. The purpose of the meeting was to review progress in elimination of malaria and lymphatic filariasis (LF) in Haiti and the Dominican Republic in 2022 and to make recommendations for activities in 2023.

Community Health Councils in Haiti: A Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Handbook (PDF)
This handbook was developed to provide step-by-step guidance to staff from the Ministère de la Santé Publique et de la Population (MSPP) and other implementing partners who are directly involved in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities for malaria elimination. It provides detailed instructions for how to establish and run monitoring, evaluation and learning activities for Community Health Councils (CHCs).

This is a step-by-step manual for members of community health councils (CHCs), staff from the Ministère de la Santé Publique et de la Population (MSPP), and other implementing partners in Grand Anse, Haiti. It provides detailed guidance for how CHC members should establish and run the day-to-day activities of their community health councils, and how MSPP staff should support them in doing so.

Ceci est un manuel destiné aux membres des Conseils de Santé Communautaire (CSC), le Ministère de la Santé Publique et de la Population (MSPP) et d’autres partenaires de mise en oeuvre de la Grande Anse, Haïti, qui explique la procédure étape par étape. Il fournit des directives détaillées sur la façon dont les membres doivent établir et réaliser les activités quotidiennes de leurs conseils de santé communautaire et la façon dont le personnel du MSPP doit les appuyer ce faisant.

2019 Hispaniola Program Review Meeting: Summary and Recommendations (PDF)
The sixth annual Carter Center Hispaniola Initiative Program Review meeting scheduled for March 10th, 2020 was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In its place, a virtual meeting of Carter Center staff and select partners was convened on April 3rd, 2020. The purpose of the meeting was to review progress in elimination of malaria and lymphatic filariasis in Haiti and the Dominican Republic in 2019 and to make recommendations for activities in 2020.
