How to Watch:

Watch on cartercenter.org or register on Zoom here: https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/9016009698964/WN_ByRRF6OfRh2fQvWHpuz56w. (Registering on Zoom will allow you to post questions for our Democracy Program staff in the live chat.)

Program Description:

The 2020 U.S. election is likely to be more complicated than those in the past. The COVID-19 pandemic means more voters than ever may vote absentee and could reduce the number of available poll workers, leading to Election Day challenges. Misinformation spreads so quickly that it could be hard to know what to believe and where to turn for credible information. Join us on Oct. 8 as leading U.S. election experts tell you what to expect this election season and how to make sure your vote is counted.

Video Debut:

At the end of the conversation, we’ll debut the first animated video in our public information campaign designed to increase public knowledge of, and trust in, the electoral process.
