Planned gifts are an excellent way to ensure that The Carter Center continues to wage peace, fight disease, and build hope far into the future, while also offering financial benefits to donors.  The new Carter Center planned giving website offers a wealth of information and interactive tools to help potential donors find a plan that fits their goals: 

Planned giving includes bequests, charitable gift annuities, charitable trusts, life insurance or retirement plan designations, and other provisions of future interest. There is no minimum dollar amount required for membership in the Carter Legacy Circle, the designation for planned giving donors. For many types of gifts, only a simple statement of commitment in writing is required to initiate a membership.
